Vålerenga Stadium located in Oslo, home of the 5-time league and 4-time Norwegian football cup champions Vålerenga FC, was in need of an upgraded lighting solution. A customer-based solution, creating a clear and optimal light atmosphere suitable for the occasion.
The same premises accommodate offices and a school during daytime, a situation that calls for a lighting solution that can easily be adapted. It soon became clear that lighting controls was a necessity. Providing a user-friendly solution that can meet the requirements of different activities in the same area, where they can coexist without the influence of each other. The atmosphere remains uninterrupted, still in focus.
For this vast project Fagerhult delivered recessed luminaires incorporated with Wago winsta and DALI, supplemented with pendent luminaires in areas for an aesthetic feel, making the installation effective and less time consuming. The main luminaire of choice was the Recesso, an entire 1191 where mounted throughout the building.
