Q1 for 2018 showed an even stronger growth, and it is estimated by the Swedish chamber of commerce that 25-30 % of all money spent in the trade market by 2025 in Sweden will be in e-commerce.
So when AMF Fastigheter took the initiative for a new retail venue for presenting new brands, it needed to be something modern and fresh. Therefore The Lobby is so much more than just a store. It is a concept house. A destination. A changing market place with selected international and Scandinavian brands and a meeting place for the public. The aim is to give a sneak peek about the next big thing in tech, fashion, design and lifestyle to clients and customers.
