ENEC-marking
The S-mark has been well known for many years. In recent times it has also been possible to ENEC-mark luminaires. ENEC stands for European Norms Electrical Certification.
The ENEC system currently encompasses some 21 different countries. The ENEC mark has the same value as each member country’s own approval symbol.
A separate agreement with the supervising national body is required in order to ENEC-mark luminaires, in our case Intertek ETL Semko, and to certify that the quality system in production corresponds to the requirements set out in ISO 9002.
