DTI LED Type 2

Installation
Wire suspension via friction locks on the luminaire. Wire suspension ordered separately, see wire suspension.

Connection
Single – Connections are made at the end of the luminaire and are concealed by the end-cap. 5-way snap-in terminal block at one end.
Continuous installation – 5-way snap-in terminal block at each end and through-wiring cable 3x1.5 mm² as standard. With dimming, 5-way snap-in terminal block, 1-phase through-wiring possible.

Design
Luminaire body in sheet steel, white enamelled (RAL 9016) end-caps in polypropylene plastic. When continuous installation is required the luminaire is supplemented with continuous couplers and end-caps, see accessories.

Louvre
Beta Opti – double parabolic reflector louvre with satin matt metallised aluminium side and cross-blades with an integrated opal film that minimises the risk of uncomfortable glare from the diodes.

Dimming
Most models can be equipped with other ballasts for lighting control.

3000/4000 K: Ra (CRI) min. 80, MacAdam 3 SDCM.
Service life ballast: up to 100.000 h/10% (maximum failure rate).

Controller for e-Sense Connect

Central to the system is a controller which is the link between the luminaires and the control functions. The controller transmits over the 2.4 GHz frequency band. The RF units in the luminaire work with a technology called CRMX, which stands for cognitive radio multiplexer, and means in practical terms that communications are always optimally secured with guaranteed access.

External sensor for e-Sense ActiLume

For presence detection over a larger area, one or more LRM 8118 detectors can be connected to one of the DALI terminals in the luminaire. No programming or commissioning is necessary. LRM 8118 is ideally installed on the ceiling, and has a detection area of approximately 7 x 7 metres. LRM 8118 is only a presence sensor.

Remote control for e-Sense ActiLume

To modify function, several modes can be programmed using the remote control. The system is programmed with nine finished modes for schools, corridors, etc.

Remote control for e-Sense Connect

The remote control is used as a temporary tool for grouping the system. A few basic functions can create a very energy-efficient solution with a high degree of lighting comfort for the user. The remote control uses RF rather than IR signals, which means that it only needs to be directed towards the luminaires at the first grouping.
