Four recipes of food and lighting design
We challenged Christian Andersson, the head chef at restaurant “NOBA” (Nordic Bar/Gastro) in Gothenburg, to create four tasteful gastronomic recipes with; meat, fish, vegetables and bread. Afterwards we will do the same, but our main ingredients will be luminaires and light.
Creamy root vegetable soup with croutons
The ingredients that play an important role in traditional Scandinavian dishes include root vegetables. They can be combined with one another to make nourishing soups and casseroles.
